The mastermind behind this innovative idea is Tejas Sidnal, whose company, Carbon Craft Design, has first invented the concept of such carbon tiles. Making such tiles begins with cutting, shaping, joining, filling, and forming the final tile. The harmful carbon pollutants are captured from the atmosphere, processed to remove toxic heavy metal impurities. It is then fused with a mixture of cement and natural materials like marble derivatives to craft the ultimate carbon tiles. The whole process is also environmentally safe. It consumes the least amount of energy compared to conventional ceramic tiles processing. Carbon tiles are made using hydraulic compression and are not burned, unlike other tiles, which reduce pollution levels. Moreover, the entire process of creating carbon tiles is handcrafted.
